How does the does the main character go through The Hero's Journey? Mr. Incredible the main character goes through The Hero's Journey. He gets called to the adventure when he has to fight a new evil foe. At some point he is captured and it is up to his family to save him. When his family saves him he realizes that he doesn't have to do this alone. They then go back to their hometown to stop Syndrome. He gets helped by Frozone who is his friend and his family during this fight. He changes when he realizes that he can't win the battle alone and he allows everyone to help even though he wants to keep them out of harms way. then when they defeat Syndrome they return home and back to their normal lives.  What are the connections.  The connection between the Pixar Story Spine and The Hero's Journey is that they both have the same key points. Harry Potter and the Call to Adventure The movie Harry Potter follows the Steps of a Hero's Journey. One of those steps is "The Call to Adventure". Harry gets the Call to Adventure when he starts getting these letters but, his adopted parents don't let him open them. The letters keep getting delivered so the parents decide to move and try to get away and hide from the letters. The next scene is when they are in the new house and it is Harry's birthday, they are all just going about there day getting ready for bed and then they hear a loud knocking on the door. A tall man walks in and he goes to Harry and gives him a cake saying happy birthday. Harry then ask his name and the tall man says that his name is Hagrid. They then start to talk and Hagrid says that Harry is a wizard, Harry doesn't believe him at first but Hagrid is able to convince him. How could you as a student benefit from having a school-provided iPad? I can benefit from having a school-proved iPad because it can keep me more organized. It would also be a lot easier because I wouldn't have to carry around multiple heavy books, I wouldn't have to worry about forgetting any of my books, and I would be typing my notes so it would be a lot faster. Also if I need to do research I would be able to do it and there are also educational apps available to help you practice what you have learned. if i don't understand something or don't know the meaning of a word i can just look it up.  How would this change your classes? Having an iPad would change my classes because it would be able to help me keep my notes neater. Classes would also be more focused on the internet. What is a Hero Heroes come in many shapes and sizes but they usually have the same qualities. Some similar qualities that I think a hero has is that they are a good role model. They are also the person that will do the right thing and make the right call even in a tough situation. A hero is also someone who will make a sacrifice for the good of others. To me a hero is someone who will stand up for others and will lead others in the right direction. A hero should also be very generous and they should also be the person that you look up to for advice in a tough situation.  A hero is someone to look to for answers on what is right and what is wrong.
